The Fan Advisory Board represents the interests of Fulham supporters and brings their structured voice into the Club's decision-making. We are independent of the Club and act as a trusted adviser. We respond to the Club's proposals, and we raise issues and ideas of our own. Our role is to advise, challenge and introduce fresh thinking.
The Club consults us before signficant decision in our areas.
We push back where we think supporters' interests at risk.
Decisions remain with Fulham FC. We are not a campaign group.
The Club has committed to consulting us before signficiant decisons in these five areas.
Season ticket pricing, loyalty and reward structures and renewals, recognising that affordability and consistency are central to the fan relationship. Also away ticket allocation, match-by-match pricing, the ticket exchange, and any significant change to how tickets are accessed or distributed.
Changes that substantially affect the supporter experience, including safe standing, digital ticketing, security and stewarding, disabled supporter provision and atmosphere. Also any significant redevelopment or change to the ground and its immediate environment.
Developing and reviewing the Fan Engagement Plan, and how the Club communicates with supporters. We advise where there is a risk of an adverse reaction from fans, on the structure and terms of engagement with supporter groups, and on planning significant public consultation.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy as it affects supporters, accessibility initiatives, and engagement around women's football. Also decisions touching the Club's heritage, traditions or identity, and Foundation activity with a material fan-facing dimension.
Business and commercial decisions with a meaningful and direct impact on the supporter experience or the Club's relationship with its fanbase, including sponsorship and naming matters where the Club's identity or fan-facing values are engaged, and long-term plans affecting sustainability and competitive ambitions.
Football matters. We do not advise on player recruitment, management appointments, or any matter within the Club's sporting and football operations.
Individual complaints. We are not a complaints body. Individual supporter concerns should be raised with the Club through its normal channels.
Other supporter groups also engage with the Club on their own issues. Our input is advisory in all cases, and decisions remain with Fulham FC. We do not speak for the Club and the Club does not speak for us.
We meet the Club formally four times a year, in September, January, March and June. Our working groups on club affairs, fan engagement, EDI and community meet monthly. We publish the minutes of every formal meeting.
