Club Affairs update: ticket exchange trial, Fulham Pier and sponsorship
Our Club Affairs working group meets the Club monthly on commercial and strategic matters. Here is what we have been working on.
Our Club Affairs working group meets the Club monthly on commercial and strategic matters. Here is what we have been working on.
We worked with the Club on a trial of an enhanced ticketing policy for Premier League fixtures played on weekday evenings. Under the trial, child and senior season ticket holders could list their seats on the Ticket Exchange for those matches even when general sale tickets had not sold out. The aim was to give supporters more flexibility and to put more people in the ground on nights that are difficult for some to attend.
We have met the Fulham Pier management and customer experience teams through the venue's first full year of operation, giving supporter-led feedback on how the Pier can better serve both Fulham supporters and the wider local community.
We continue to meet the Club's sponsorship and partnerships teams, particularly as they adjust to the changes to sponsorship guidelines taking effect next season, and as commercial interest in the Club grows following the opening of the Pier.
The group meets monthly, and we will report again after the autumn round of meetings.
